Gulang Creek

Well, I’m back from my camping / rapiding trip. It was so much fun, but now I’m covered in bruises and scratches. I look a bit like a domestic violence victim. I’m also very sunburnt! I have extremely fair skin and hate getting sunburnt. When I first got back from Colombia, my family and friends were so shocked at how brown I was. I’m not quite as brown as back then, but I’m getting there.
Here are some photos:
Pre-warning: they are very unglamorous and I was not wearing makeup or regularly showering.

I stupidly wore my Yves Saint Laurent shirt in the water and now it’s a yucky brown/white colour. I hope it bleaches out!

My hair is in this weird transitional colour stage; I had dyed it brown but now I’m letting it fade back to blonde. I hate its colour right now, so red!

My sister took this. I like it, even though it looks like I have no chin. It’s kind of arty, non?

Here we are lazing in the sunshine, drinking vodka and listening to Van Morrison. That is my twin sister in the middle; she usually has a face.
Now it’s back to work for me! I’m moving to Brisbane in the next couple of weeks. Very exciting.

Hey sis,
Believe it or not I’m actually a regular reader of this little blog of yours. it’s really enjoyable/entertaining. I’ve been wanting to catch up with you and talk fashion and find out more about your trip OS. I’m really keen to go to South America this year.
I think having Malcolm as a dad gave us both some strange desire to travel in that direction ehe.
Well, I’m off to Tokyo at the end of the month (eek so soon, I’m terrified) and then possibly to NYC in July. Scary!
I’m finding it really difficult to sleep right now because Malcolm is blasting “story of a girl” through the sound system. JOY! He’s definitely on something hahaha
Anyway, see you soon I hope
Ciao xx
