I’m loving long hair at the moment. I’m slowly growing mine out, but it’s only about half way down my back right now. I dyed my hair dark brown a few months ago, and the colour is finally fading away. I missed my blonde hair. Now I’m in this weird in-between stage; do not like.

This post is a continuation of my Chile post from a few days ago. Colombia was my favourite country in South America. It’s so widely misunderstood and wrongly labeled. Colombians are the most warm-hearted, friendly, lovely people and the country is incredibly beautiful and interesting.
*note: my camera was stolen in Buenos Aires, so most of these photos are from friend’s cameras.

I’m feeling nostalgic today. Last year I backpacked around South America for 6 months. Here are some photographs from my time in Chile.

Do you find it hard motivate yourself to exercise? Victoria’s Secret fashion show is a good motivator. Every time I watch it I feel like hitting the gym for weights and running 10 kilometers, haha. I love VSFS, but I’m not a fan when the models look too skinny, which a few of them did this year. Healthy curves and tone look much nicer, in my opinion.
I’ve recently joined a new gym and am hoping to get back into daily exercise.

I bought a new Tokito blazer, on sale at Myer. It was an absolute bargain at $40 down from $130. I now have about 8 blazers in total, most are black, a few are navy. Some are casual, some are dressy and some are corporate; I think I have a blazer for absolutely every occasion.
Still, I wouldn’t mind a white blazer with thin navy pinstripes and a cute crest, similar to the Ralph Lauren blazer that Serena wore on Gossip Girl:

I’m moving to Brisbane on Wednesday. The house is nice and cheap, but it has a dark green carpet! Why why why? I am feeling inspired by twinkling lights today, so that’s going to be a main feature of the new room. I also want to decorate with those cardboard/recycled-look desk organisational items from Kikki.k – I am crazy for stationary. I’m also planning to put in an order for my new quad-core iMac with i7 processor on Monday. Very exciting!
I just can’t get over that green carpet!

Happy New Year everyone! My #1 new years resolution is to not mix drinks! ‘Twas not a very happy New Year’s Eve for me, and definitely a very unhappy New Year’s Day for my head and tummy! Next year I’m opting for casual champagne and canapes instead of beer, vodka and more vodka.
That aside, 2009 was absolutely the best year of my life; I visited the most amazing countries, met the greatest people, saw the most beautiful landscapes and generally had the best experiences of my life. I can only hope that 2010 will be almost as great.
Feliz Año Nuevo a todos!

Here are some captures from a music video I was working on last month. It was shot on 16mm film.
I did little things like comped out light cords and added the little fireflies, lights and explosions. Due to massive time constraints it does not at all reflect my best work (at all, hahahaha sad) but the actual shots are still quite pretty.

I am thoroughly enjoying my summer so far. Here are a few reasons why:

Here are some poor little drawings that I will never finish. These were all for fun, not for work. I always finish my work drawings, while my for-fun drawings lay abandoned!
